Now clarifying the concept of "split rent offset"
We have decided to institutionalize it and allow it to continue in existence.

Therefore, in order to ensure the survival of this system,
For claims made after January 1, 2022,
If you wish to split the payment into 3 or more installments,
"Installment fee" is a flat 10% of the invoice amount including tax

Regarding cases that are already being offset in installments,

No fees will be charged until the total is split into two installments.
