It's been a long time.

And thank you very much for your continued support.

I'm Murakami, the representative of Conspirito.

As of the end of June 2021,

We are now approaching the end of our 14th fiscal year.

First of all, as we approach our 14th accounting period,

To everyone who has been supporting us on a daily basis,

We are deeply grateful.

I am always grateful for your help.

I can't say for sure that this season will be safe...

Thanks to everyone's help,

Somehow we managed to reach the end of the fiscal year.

That's my honest opinion.

To the world, to the company, and to myself.

It was a year of big, big changes.

How to act in times of crisis?

It is said that this brings out a person's true potential.

I think the same applies to companies.

If I had to say, it shows the "capability of the company."

Let's put it that way.

The person I respect is

"More than my own company,

If there are other small companies that are on the verge of collapse,

Please pay the money first.

Apparently they told their business partners.

"That's cool."

"I wonder if I can do it."

I also asked myself questions such as these.

As in the episode above,

The coronavirus pandemic is

It presents us with a variety of conflicts.

"Should we go remote even if it means a slight drop in sales?"

"Will everyone still come to work to ensure the company's sales?"

Will the store be closed in accordance with the state of emergency declaration?

Will they operate to protect the livelihoods of their employees?

The future will determine what was right.

What was clear from that was

"I don't think anyone would trade someone else's life for something, risk their own life, to make money."

It was a confirmation of my own thoughts.

Perhaps this way of thinking is a sign of weakness on the part of a manager.

However, to encourage me,

Our colleagues and staff have completed the "remote work" system,

By putting their wisdom into their work, they were able to increase sales this quarter as well.

Many new members joined last summer.

The new store is now up and running, and the staff are working hard every day.

I am truly, truly grateful.

The whole world is infected by the virus,

As a company, we have suffered a great betrayal.

"How should I be?"

It's been a year of much questioning.

nevertheless.

There are business partners and customers who will help you.

Having business partners and customers who rely on us.

Above all, we want people who share the same passion and work together with us.

Having a lot of friends.

With deep gratitude for that,

At the same time, I feel the responsibility and hardship of "continuing."

As I accept both of these things,

I feel like I've seen a lot.

Now that the reason for the existence of Conspirito has become clear,

To be able to laugh off a difficult situation,

Let the fanfare of counterattack ring out loudly,

I sincerely hope to walk together with the staff with a smile on my face.

I believe that next term will be another year of testing me.

That's why,

Your continued support and encouragement is a great source of strength.

All of our staff are determined to work hard with all their might in our 15th term.

We would like to thank you for your continued guidance and encouragement for Conspirito.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you very much for this season.

We look forward to your continued support next term.
