The year 2023 has come to an end quickly.

What kind of year has this been for you all?

It was also a year in which the global situation rapidly became more tense, and in which the yen weakened, prices rose, and taxes were effectively increased.

I feel like this year has also made us keenly aware that "business as usual" will not continue as a given.

There have also been big changes within our company, with many new members joining this year.

The total number of hires for the entire fiscal year was the largest since the company was founded.

"Things that change" and "things that don't change".

This may have been a year in which I felt this strongly at Con Spirito as well.

Fortunately, through all of you, we are always taught what it is that "unchanging" Conspirit is all about.

Each and every word of support and encouragement, and even each and every word of criticism, are an invaluable asset to Conspirit.

We rely on your generosity to protect our precious, unchanging "trunk."
