Hello, this is the Leasing Division of the Rental Management Department!

This is my first time joining a blog

What does the Leasing Department usually do?

I would like to introduce it to you!

A rough explanation of "leasing"

"Eliminating vacancies in managed properties"It's work.

Creating contracts and posting on the web, etc.

With lots of work to do

This time I'd like to talk about the field trips I've been doing!

To the local rental agency

"Is there anyone who wants to live here?"

"This is what's great about the properties we manage. Please recommend them!"

So I'll be stopping by (laughs)

Many of the rental agents are friendly and helpful.

"This rent is a little high..."

"It's cheaper than the market price in this area! I'll do my best!"

We receive many comments such as the following.

Reasons for longer vacant periods include:

The rent is higher than the market value of the area.

That's why the feedback from local rental agents is so important.

Reducing vacancy periods will lead to maximizing profits for owners.

We consolidate local and market research and report it to the owner for their consideration.

If the rent goes down, go back to the rental agency.

In this way, we will explore the best route to rent out the property as quickly as possible.

We will continue to strive to reduce vacant properties!

If you have any questions or complaints about the management, please feel free to contact us.
