We have introduced the "GMO Rental DX Tenant App," a tenant-only app that allows tenants to check notifications from the management company, as well as make inquiries about room troubles and problems, on their smartphones.

The "GMO Rental DX Tenant App" is a smartphone app that allows smooth communication between tenants and management companies. It allows tenants to receive bulletin board notices, notices from the management company, and even moving inquiries more smoothly and accurately. The app manages all of the information, such as messages, documents, and photos exchanged, on behalf of the tenant, which can easily become cumbersome.

When the renewal period comes, we will mail you a set of renewal documents.*This is a sample only. The documents will be mailed to you.

Tenants who wish to receive a garage certificate

Please send documents that require our seal, such as a certificate of permission to use the storage space, by email or post.
We will fill out the form and put our stamp on it, and then return it to you.*Documents are not issued by our company. Please apply at the police station that has jurisdiction over the area where your garage is located.

24-hour initial reception

Conspirito accepts initial inquiries 24 hours a day regarding problems with water supply and drainage facilities, electrical facilities, etc. After confirming the details of the inquiry, we will work with affiliated companies or specialized engineers as necessary to confirm the situation on-site and arrange for emergency response.

Please note that responses at night and on holidays are determined based on the urgency and safety of the situation, and depending on the nature of the request, we may respond on the following business day or later.

In addition, regarding defects in the common areas of the building, we will determine whether or not a response is necessary and what arrangements to make after considering whether there is any danger and the extent of the impact. In the unlikely event that there is a risk of serious danger or secondary damage, we will work with the police, fire department, gas company, and other relevant agencies to prioritize preventing the damage from spreading.
