Dealing with equipment malfunctions
We respond promptly to any reports of equipment problems from residents. We handle everything from arranging for the appropriate contractor to managing the progress until repairs are completed and settling the costs.
Contract renewal
We manage renewal dates and procedures on your behalf. We review and renegotiate terms as necessary to promote long-term tenancy.
Delinquent payment demands, subrogation
We manage rent payments and collect when overdue payments occur. We take early action to prevent long-term overdue payments and protect the owner's income by making subrogation payments as necessary.
Cancellation settlement
We will smoothly guide you through the procedures from your cancellation request to moving out. We will also properly handle the series of procedures associated with cancellation, such as settling the security deposit and collecting the keys.

Moving-out inspection
Ordering/Settlement of restoration work
We inspect the property when the tenant moves out and check its condition. We determine the extent of restoration work required, place orders with appropriate contractors, and settle the payment after the work is completed.
Settlement upon departure
