Please note that responses at night and on holidays are determined based on the urgency and safety of the situation, and depending on the nature of the request, we may respond on the following business day or later.
In addition, regarding defects in the common areas of the building, we will determine whether or not a response is necessary and what arrangements to make after considering whether there is any danger and the extent of the impact.
