Conspirito Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Murakami Yukio) will be introducing the application service for owners, "WealthPark," from April 1, 2021.

■Introduction details

"WealthPark" is an asset management tool for real estate owners that allows them to check the income and expenses of property rental management via a smartphone app or website.

Property information, tenant information, income and expenditure status, etc., which you previously received by mail or email, can now be quickly checked on your computer or mobile phone app.
You can switch to any language, and it supports English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).

In addition, you can reply with just one click on the chat screen to various confirmation questions from our company regarding tenant recruitment, repairs, removals, and contract renewals.
In addition, the chat function allows you to easily ask questions about rental property management at any time. This prevents misunderstandings and oversights compared to phone, mail, and email.

At the same time, by understanding inquiries from owners in real time and responding quickly to their individual needs, we will be able to provide higher quality asset management services.

Overview

As of December 2020, Conspirito manages approximately 3,400 rental properties nationwide, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area and three neighboring prefectures.
Our company places importance on responsiveness to owners and tenants, and by proactively utilizing technology, we have strived to realize "management without relying on humans." We also believe that the introduction of this tool will lead to a paperless operation and a reduction in work hours.

Going forward, we will continue to utilize the convenience of this tool to propose high-quality asset management and operation services to not only domestic real estate owners, but also overseas real estate owners from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries who make inbound real estate investments, thereby aiming to improve customer satisfaction.

We have also launched a special website for those who are considering selecting a management company and those who want to start managing real estate.
The special website introduces three points that explain when it is determined that there is a problem with the management company and what criteria should be used to select a management company.
