Conspirito Co., Ltd. (Head office: Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yukio Murakami) announced in a press release on January 12th (https://newscast.jp/news/8559536We had announced that the launch of the application service "pocketpost" for tenants would be in February, but we regret to inform you that this has been postponed.

We ask for your understanding in postponing the introduction of "pocketpost" as this is a schedule revision that requires us to prioritize providing stable service to our customers.
The introduction is currently scheduled for spring 2021.

"Pocketpost", developed and operated by Ii Seikatsu, is a smartphone app exclusively for tenants that is specialized for communicating with management companies.
You will be able to quickly check any inquiries about problems or issues with your room, as well as notifications from the management company, all using your smartphone app.

For example, you can easily send a message with photos or videos via chat about a broken air conditioner or the location of a water leak, making it faster and easier to contact them than by phone.

Until now, important notices such as fire inspections and plumbing works could only be found on the local bulletin board of your rental property, but now you can check them on the bulletin board within the app, so you can avoid missing them even when you're out and about.

Furthermore, it has a file management function, so you will never lose important contracts such as important information explanations and rental agreements, or tenancy instructions.

Our company operates a rental brokerage business, and in addition to managing approximately 3,400 properties under our own management at present, we also handle a wide range of brokerage services related to rental properties such as homes and offices, mainly in Tokyo.

New tenants who sign up through our company will be able to experience the convenience of the app right from the moment they move in.
If you are considering moving, please take a look at the information below.

We aim to be a "real estate refuge" and to be a company that can be of service to everyone, we will continue to improve customer satisfaction by constantly updating ourselves.
